Ballots have been counted in Section Manager elections in the
Eastern Pennsylvania, Louisiana, North Carolina and San Diego
sections.  Terms of office begin April 1, 1996.   The results are as
follows.

In Eastern Pennsylvania,
    Allen R. Breiner, Sr., W3TI, 789
    Bob Josuweit, WA3PZO, 702
    Breiner was declared elected

In Louisiana,
     Frank C. Morris, N5YZM, 196
     Lionel A. Oubre, K5DPG 377
     Oubre was declared elected

In North Carolina,
     Carl E. Smith, N4AA, 709
     Reed Whitten, AB4W, 916
     Whitten was declared elected

In San Diego,
     Patrick C. Bunsold, WA6MHZ, 477
     Tuck Miller, KC6ZEC, 269
     Bunsold was declared elected

Five other SM positions were not contested.  The following were
