Ballots have been counted for Section Manager elections in Alabama
and East Bay.  Terms of office begin January 1, 1996.  The results
are as follows.

In Alabama
     Tom Moore, KL7Q, 560
     Joseph E Smith, WA4RNP, 209
     Moore was declared elected

In East Bay
     Donald J. Smith, W6NKF, 214
     Robert Vallio, W6RGG, 373
     Vallio was declared elected

Six other Section positions were not contested.  The following were
declared elected.
